User Generated Content

The content can be shared both inside and outside the Hub, offering flexibility and wider reach. This type of challenge is instrumental in creating a rich, relatable narrative for your brand, leveraging the power of real customer experiences to build trust and engagement.

Ask members to post text, photos and/or videos on social media or elsewhere online. Members submit proof they posted a story or testimonial to complete the challenge.

Whether it’s sharing reviews externally or collecting them on your Zuberance Hub, these insights provide valuable feedback and bolster your brand’s authenticity in the eyes of potential customers.
